Tea comes from the plant Camellia sinensis or Camellia assamica which naturally contains tea. Black tea, oolong, green tea, white tea and other specialties are made from these plants. Herbs, spices and fruits used to make infusion drinks are naturally tea-free and can therefore be enjoyed morning, lunch and evening without any concerns.
Infusion drinks that contain a PZN (Pharma Central Number) must contain a content of essential oils as required by law in order to be able to claim effectiveness.
All other infusion drinks are so-called food teas, which do not advertise any health effects, but simply taste good and naturally strengthen well-being.
We have trained experts who have studied herbs and spices and are familiar with the wisdom of Ayurveda - they know what is good for the body and mind. We also cooperate with leading yoga studios and try to develop teas that can accompany this holistic approach to dealing with body and soul.
Teain is not bad for the body in moderation. But it is true that every person reacts to things differently. So you can never say across the board whether it is good or not so good.
Teain is a natural component of tea products, coming from the plant Camellia sinensis. In moderation, tea can have an uplifting effect and can stimulate a tired person for a certain period of time so that the tiredness disappears.
Sometimes you want that - and that's why it's not wrong to consume teas with tea in moderation.
AYOGA relies on organic raw materials in the tea segment. We are also big fans of plant-based recipes (vegan), which do not always necessarily have to be certified organic.
When we develop products without organic certification, we indicate this on the packaging so as not to confuse consumers.
All AYOGA products are subject to strict controls and comply with all legal requirements.
Our employees at AYOGA regularly travel to the countries of origin and visit our farmers who grow the raw materials. We often specify how a spice or herb should taste so that we can differentiate ourselves from other manufacturers.
Our relationships with our suppliers are close and have grown over many years. There is nothing better than traveling to the origins and getting an idea of what the growing conditions are like for people and nature.
Social
That's what we do. For example, we support a project in northern India in which we build wells through financial contributions and have made it possible for the farmers' children not to have to travel far to receive an education by building a school.
